The High Temperature Resistant DC Triangle Fan is a special high-temperature resistant thermal management component developed for high-temperature operation scenarios of industrial and special equipment. In terms of structural and performance optimization for high-temperature environments, the fan adopts a high-temperature anti-aging structural design. The sealed and dust-proof internal structure avoids high-temperature oxidation and dust accumulation inside the fan, reducing the aging speed of internal components. The optimized aerodynamic blade structure can still maintain stable air volume and wind pressure in high-temperature hot air environments, effectively discharging high-temperature hot air inside the equipment and accelerating heat circulation. The high-temperature resistant brushless motor has strong high-temperature load resistance, no power attenuation and no stalling phenomenon in long-term high-temperature operation, maintaining continuous and stable heat dissipation capacity.

The triangular fixed structure is reinforced and optimized for high-temperature working conditions. The thickened fixed bracket and reinforced mounting holes can resist structural deformation caused by high-temperature thermal expansion, ensuring that the fan installation position is firm and does not shift in high-temperature environments. The three-point uniform stress structure disperses the thermal expansion stress and operating vibration force generated by high temperature, greatly improving the structural stability of the fan in high-temperature environments. Compared with ordinary fans, its high-temperature service life is increased by more than 3 times, which can adapt to long-term continuous operation in high-temperature industrial scenarios.
