Structurally, the 12032 high-air-volume DC blower adopts a thickened high-rigidity metal frame and enlarged optimized squirrel-cage impeller. The oversized impeller increases the air intake and air supply area, greatly improving single air volume output; the dynamic balance precision calibration process ensures that the impeller operates stably at high speed without vibration or eccentricity. The thickened shell structure enhances the overall compression resistance and deformation resistance of the fan, adapting to high-load and high-vibration industrial working environments. The optimized air duct design reduces airflow resistance and turbulent loss, maximizing the conversion efficiency of mechanical energy to airflow energy, ensuring the fan maintains ultra-large air volume output while keeping relatively low power consumption.
In terms of performance, this high-air-volume blower supports 24V and 48V high-voltage DC power supply, matching high-power industrial equipment power systems. The maximum operating speed reaches 4800 RPM, the maximum airflow is as high as 42 CFM, and the maximum wind pressure reaches 180 Pa, with far superior air delivery performance than ordinary blowers of the same size. The built-in high-power high-efficiency brushless DC motor has a power conversion efficiency of up to 93%, strong power output, stable operation under long-term full load, no stalling or heat attenuation.
