Double Inlet DC Blower

Double inlet DC blower is a high-efficiency centrifugal DC blower with double-sided air intake structure, which is an upgraded and optimized product of single-inlet DC blowers. The traditional single-inlet blower only has one side of air inlet, which has limited air intake efficiency and uneven airflow output, and is difficult to meet the high air volume and high-efficiency ventilation needs of large equipment and large-space heat dissipation scenarios. The double inlet DC blower adopts a symmetrical double-sided air intake design on the left and right sides, which can inhale air from both ends of the impeller at the same time, greatly improving the air intake efficiency and air volume output, and has the advantages of large air volume, stable air pressure, uniform airflow and high operating efficiency, which is widely used in medium and large-scale equipment heat dissipation and ventilation systems.

In terms of structural design, the double inlet DC blower adopts a symmetrical integrated double air inlet structure. The fan shell is designed with bilateral open air inlets, and the internal impeller is a symmetrical double-end centrifugal impeller with uniform blade distribution on both sides. Compared with the single-sided air intake structure of ordinary blowers, the double-sided air intake mode makes the air intake area double, and the air intake resistance is significantly reduced. The internal air duct is optimized with a symmetrical guide structure, which makes the airflow inhaled from both sides evenly converge and pressurize inside the blower, avoiding the problems of unilateral airflow bias and uneven air pressure of single-inlet blowers. The overall structure is balanced and symmetrical, with stable center of gravity, effectively reducing the vibration and resonance phenomenon during high-speed operation.

In terms of performance advantages, the most prominent feature of double inlet DC blowers is the dual improvement of air volume and efficiency. Under the same power and speed conditions, the air volume of the double-inlet blower is 1.5-2 times that of the single-inlet blower of the same specification, and the wind pressure output is more stable and uniform. The double-sided air intake can make full use of the internal space of the fan, improve the utilization rate of the impeller, and avoid the waste of power performance. For large closed equipment and large-space ventilation scenarios, a single double-inlet DC blower can replace multiple single-inlet blowers, which effectively saves installation space, reduces equipment cost, and simplifies the overall structural design of the system. At the same time, the double-sided uniform air intake makes the motor bear uniform air pressure, reduces the operating load of the motor, and improves the operating stability and service life of the equipment.

In terms of operating performance, double inlet DC blowers inherit all the advantages of DC blowers, including low power consumption, safe low-voltage drive, intelligent speed regulation and low noise operation. It adopts 12V, 24V, 48V DC safe voltage drive, with low heat generation and high energy efficiency ratio. It supports PWM stepless speed regulation and automatic temperature control speed regulation, which can adjust the air volume output in real time according to the actual heat dissipation demand, realizing energy-saving and efficient operation. The balanced symmetrical structure makes the blower run more smoothly, with lower vibration and smaller noise than single-inlet blowers of the same air volume, realizing high air volume and low noise operation.

In terms of structural adaptability, double inlet DC blowers have diversified specifications and strong adaptability. The product size covers small, medium and large specifications, which can meet the installation needs of different equipment spaces. The shell is made of high-strength metal and engineering plastic materials, with high temperature resistance, dust resistance and corrosion resistance. It can adapt to industrial high-temperature environment, indoor ordinary environment and outdoor conventional environment. The blower supports horizontal installation, vertical installation and embedded installation, with flexible installation methods and strong compatibility.

The application fields of double inlet DC blowers are mainly concentrated in medium and large-scale equipment ventilation and heat dissipation scenarios. In the industrial field, it is used for large industrial control cabinets, mechanical equipment heat dissipation, industrial oven ventilation and workshop micro-ventilation systems. In the environmental protection field, it is applied to air purifiers, fresh air fans, dehumidifiers and dust removal equipment, providing high-efficiency air circulation and purification power. In the new energy field, it is used for new energy battery equipment heat dissipation, energy storage cabinet ventilation and charging station equipment heat dissipation.
