The High Temperature Resistant DC Blower Fan is a special high-temperature-resistant ventilation and heat dissipation device developed for high-temperature working environments. Ordinary DC fans are prone to aging, deformation, speed attenuation, and motor burnout in high-temperature environments, which cannot meet the heat dissipation needs of high-temperature industrial equipment and high-heat-generating devices. This fan adopts high-temperature resistant special materials and high-temperature stable motor technology, which can operate stably for a long time in ultra-high temperature environments, and is widely used in industrial high-temperature equipment, heating equipment, baking equipment, and high-heat workshop ventilation scenarios.

In terms of material and structural optimization, the high-temperature resistant DC blower adopts full-series high-temperature resistant materials. The impeller and shell are made of modified high-temperature resistant engineering plastic, which can resist long-term high-temperature baking without deformation, aging, or brittleness, and maintain stable structural performance and air supply efficiency. The internal motor coil adopts high-temperature resistant enameled wire, which can withstand ultra-high temperature without short circuit and burnout. The bearing is filled with high-temperature resistant lubricating grease, which will not dry and fail in high-temperature environments, ensuring low-friction stable operation of the bearing. The internal circuit board adopts high-temperature resistant electronic components and high-temperature sealing glue, avoiding circuit failure caused by high-temperature aging.

In terms of performance parameters, this fan has excellent high-temperature resistance performance, with a continuous stable operating temperature range of -20to +100, and can withstand short-term ultra-high temperature impact of 110, far exceeding the temperature resistance limit of ordinary DC fans. The high-efficiency brushless motor has strong high-temperature stability, no power attenuation, no speed jitter, and stable airflow and wind pressure output in high-temperature environments. The fan supports 12V, 24V, and 48V DC power supply, with optional PWM speed regulation function, adapting to the heat dissipation demand changes of high-temperature equipment. The dual ball bearing structure ensures long-term stable operation in high-temperature environments, with a service life of up to 60,000 hours under high-temperature working conditions.

The high-temperature resistant DC blower is mainly used for heat dissipation and ventilation of various high-temperature equipment and high-heat scenarios. It is widely applied to industrial baking ovens, drying equipment, heating furnaces, laser welding equipment, high-power power supply equipment, industrial furnace auxiliary ventilation, and high-temperature workshop air circulation. It can quickly discharge high-temperature heat generated by equipment operation, reduce the internal temperature of high-temperature equipment, prevent component aging and failure caused by overheating, and ensure the safe and stable operation of high-temperature industrial equipment.
